DPG — Dubai Product Growth — is the product consulting practice of Ant Milner.
I lead product where discovery, relevance and growth meet commercial scale. Today I'm Product Chapter Head for Discovery & Inspiration at Ounass, Middle East luxury e-commerce — running a pod-based org of eight cross-functional teams across search and ranking, merchandising, personalisation and marketplace surfaces. In 2025 that work delivered an uplift of more than AED 250M in GMV.
As Product Excellence Lead I also set company-wide standards for operating models, experimentation and prioritisation — the systems that let teams move quickly without losing the plot.

Before Dubai: Staff PM at Deliveroo, owning consumer relevance, ranking and personalisation ML alongside acquisition, growth and promotions. Senior PM at Depop from Series B — a new signup flow at +10pp signup and 98% completion, localisation architecture, and a part in Depop's $1.6bn acquisition by Etsy. Earlier still, co-founder and Head of Product at Grab a Gardener, building the UK's leading on-demand gardening marketplace from zero — full P&L and deep two-sided marketplace expertise over six years.
Now I build AI-native iOS apps and agentic workflows end to end, and coach product leaders and teams on building with AI — bringing that operator's track record to GCC companies that want to grow.
